Yes. The Intimate Celebration covers 10 people including the couple, Signature covers 15, and Grand starts at 20. Tell us your exact total for a personal quote. For larger groups, we price the actual vehicles, tour places and gifts needed; extra guests are not added at a flat rate.

The listed package inclusions for its base group size, using one coordinated airport arrival and one departure movement, one main accommodation and an agreed wedding-day route. Different flight groups, additional hotels, luggage vehicles, extended routes and upgrades affect the final quote. Starting prices are before applicable taxes and charges, which will be itemised before you pay. Flights and accommodation are separate.

Each allocated wedding vehicle has a chauffeur for 12 consecutive hours from its first scheduled wedding-day pickup. This includes driving, waiting, ceremony and reception stops, agreed photo stops and scheduled returns. It is not a 24-hour or whole-stay chauffeur service. Extra time and journeys are quoted separately, subject to availability.

TGIF is a Friday night tour for every package, scheduled on an agreed Friday during your stay. Its standard confirmed tour inclusions apply; additional food, drinks and optional venue extras are separate. If your visit has no suitable Friday, ask us about a separately confirmed alternative. Signature and Grand also include All Terrain Genius, with island sightseeing, jet ski, turtle snorkelling, local food, refreshments and accommodation transfers. Menus are emailed. Tour dates, participant suitability, weather and operator availability are confirmed when planning.

Signature includes one bachelor, bachelorette or combined outing for participants from the booked group. Grand includes one bachelor and one bachelorette outing for two subgroups of the same party. Each outing includes up to six hours of chauffeured transport, agreed venue stops, waiting and return to accommodation. Grand’s starting price allows one vehicle per subgroup of up to 13; larger or uneven splits may require another vehicle and a revised quote. Venue admission, meals, drinks, entertainment and private venue hire are extra. These outings are separate from TGIF.

Yes—request a limousine for the couple, selected guests or the whole group. Limousines are optional upgrades, not included in the starting package price. We confirm supplier availability, vehicle model, passenger and luggage capacity, vehicle count, hire hours and upgrade price in writing. We never assume a single limousine can carry the entire wedding group.

Champagne and chocolates are included in every wedding package: two 750 ml bottles and 10 gift boxes for Intimate; three bottles and 15 boxes for Signature; four bottles and 20 boxes for Grand’s base group. For a larger Grand group, we plan one bottle per five people, rounded up, and one chocolate gift box per person. Airport Express inside-airport concierge is optional at US$100 per person. Airport vehicle transfers both ways are already included.

We check your dates, flight groups, vehicles and experiences, then email your complete group quote. It will state the total, inclusions, applicable taxes and charges, deposit, balance due date and cancellation terms. Review and accept the quote before making payment. Submitting this form does not reserve a vehicle or create a paid booking.

This collection covers transport and the listed guest experiences. Wedding planning, ceremony, officiant, venue hire, photography, catering, flights and accommodation are separate. The imagery sets the mood and does not represent an included venue or decoration package. Additional events, journeys and substitutions require a confirmed quote.
