How many persons does one butler provide service for?
Our butlers can comfortably assist up to 4 guests at a time while maintaining our high standard of personalized service. For larger groups, we recommend assigning additional butlers to ensure every guest receives prompt attention and a seamless luxury experience.

Is transportation included in my butler package?
Transportation is an added as part of our Butler & Chauffeur packages for a seamless luxury experience. No need to ever call a cab!
How Many Hours Is My Chauffeur Available?
Gold Package
Enjoy 8 hours of chauffeur service on call daily, giving you the flexibility to travel comfortably around Barbados whenever needed during your scheduled service period.
Platinum Package
Enjoy 16 hours of chauffeur service on call daily, providing extended availability for sightseeing, dining, shopping, nightlife, and personalized transportation throughout the day and evening.
Diamond Package
Enjoy 24-hour chauffeur service on call, ensuring a professional driver is available whenever you need transportation, day or night, for the ultimate luxury and convenience.
Additional vehicles, specialty transportation, and group transportation services can be arranged upon request.
When Should I Add a Luggage Vehicle to My Booking?
We recommend adding a dedicated luggage vehicle when:
Your group consists of more than 4 guests with multiple suitcases.
You are traveling with oversized items such as golf clubs, surfboards, baby equipment, wheelchairs, or event supplies.
You are arriving for an extended stay with a large amount of baggage.
You are traveling as a wedding party, corporate group, or VIP delegation.
You prefer a more spacious and comfortable journey by keeping passengers and luggage in separate vehicles.
Luxury Transfer Guests:
For our Luxury Transfer services, a dedicated luggage vehicle is included as part of your booking (where required). This allows guests to enjoy a more comfortable and refined travel experience, with luggage transported separately from the passenger vehicle whenever appropriate.
