Jaquan has a passion for helping people and takes pride in showing visitors the very best the island has to offer. Looking for the best flying fish? The best rum punch? The hottest party spot? The quietest beach? Chances are Jaquan already knows three options and a shortcut to get there.
With an almost encyclopedic knowledge of Barbados, Jaquan knows virtually every avenue, street, back road, scenic route, and—unfortunately—most of the potholes too. If there’s a hidden gem on the island, he’s probably already been there.
Although he manages tours and chauffeur services, Jaquan isn’t the type to stay behind a desk. He regularly gets out into the field, so don’t be surprised if the person planning your experience ends up being the person driving you as well.

Transfers & Bookings Manager (Who Occasionally Escapes the Office)Meet Dario Doyle, Lion Transport 246’s Transfers & Bookings Manager, with 10 years of professional driving experience and a reputation for keeping everything running smoothly—even when Barbados decides to throw a few surprises into the mix.
Known for his kind personality, endless energy, and communication skills that deserve their own award, Dario is the glue that holds many of our operations together. If a guest has a question, Dario has an answer. If a driver has a problem, Dario has a solution. If nobody knows what’s happening, Dario probably does.
As the mastermind behind many of our bookings and transfers, Dario spends his days coordinating schedules, assisting guests, and making sure everyone is where they’re supposed to be. Some say he answers messages so quickly that he’s already typing a response before the question is finished.
Despite his management role, Dario occasionally leaves the comfort of the booking desk and gets behind the wheel himself. So don’t be surprised if the person who organized your transfer ends up being the one greeting you at the airport.
Guests love Dario’s friendly attitude, attention to detail, and ability to make everyone feel like a VIP. His communication skills are so good that he could probably negotiate peace between two GPS systems arguing over the fastest route.

Over the past two decades, Ricardo has helped countless visitors explore Barbados safely, comfortably, and with a smile. His extensive knowledge of the island, combined with his friendly personality and professional service, makes every journey enjoyable, whether you’re arriving at the airport, heading to your hotel, or exploring the island’s most beautiful attractions.
Guests often joke that Ricardo can see traffic ahead before anyone else thanks to his height, but it’s his experience, reliability, and local expertise that truly set him apart.

Whether it’s arranging reservations, coordinating activities, handling requests, or simply making sure everything runs smoothly, Jacobi is always one step ahead.
Guests often joke that if you think of something you need, Jacobi probably started working on it five minutes ago.
As a butler, Jacobi believes no request is too small and no challenge is too big. Need recommendations for the best local food? He’s got you. Looking for a hidden beach? He knows a few. Forgot something at the hotel? Jacobi is probably already halfway there.
